There are many places in Lake County to celebrate our nation’s independence and enjoy a good fireworks show. Here is a list of municipalities that are putting on a fireworks show.

Antioch: July 4th fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. at Williams Park, located at 741 Main St.

Buffalo Grove: Fireworks show at Willow Stream Park 651 Old Checker Road at dusk

Crystal Lake: Fireworks at dusk July 7 at Main Beach 300 Lakeshore Drive

Hawthorn Woods: Fireworks on July 3 at Community Park 5 Park View Lane at dusk. Live music and vendors as well.

Lake Forest: Fireworks will be July 4 at Deerpath Community Park 400 Hastings Road.

Lake Zurich: Fireworks launched over the lake at about 9:15 p.m. at Paulus Park (200 S. Rand Road)

Lincolnshire: Fireworks July 4 in the Spring Lake Park neighborhood at 9:30 p.m.

Mundelein: Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. July 4. Seymour Avenue and Crystal Street.

Round Lake: Fireworks on July 6 near the Round Lake Beach Cultural and Civic Center, 2007 Civic Center Way.

Vernon Hills: Fireworks July 4 around 9:15 p.m Century Park 1002 Lakeview Parkway

Waukegan: Fireworks at 9:30 p.m. on July 4 at the Waukegan lakefront 199 N. Harbor Place
