The Darren Bailey for Governor Campaign flouted the mandate to wear masks indoors as a stop was made at The Living Waters Assembly of God Church in Grayslake Illinois. Not a single mask was seen on the faces of the candidate or any of the attendees.
Darren Bailey is famous for rejecting public health measures and last year, was ejected from an Illinois General Assembly session for refusing to wear his required face mask.
His campaign logo was projected onto a wall inside of the church as the rally was held. This is not often seen at churches who typically maintain a tax exempt status.
