Libertyville police are on the hunt for two suspects who stand accused of attacking a jogger. The incident occured on a nature trail Sunday morning.
According to reports, the jogger was on the Libertyville Nature Preserve Trail. Two men emerged from a trail bench and blocked his path. They demanded the man empty his pockets.
After refusing to hand over his belongings, one of the men punched him the face. After a scuffle the jogger was able to flee.
The suspects are described as a 19- to 20-year-old man about 6-feet, 2-inches tall, with longer, unkempt hair that was short on the sides and a roughly 17-year-old boy, who was about 5-feet, 7-inches tall, with short, thick unkempt dreadlocks.
